Super Tinol Paint - Low VOC, Series 31300, is an acrylic vinyl copolymer low VOC satin finish emulsion paint with excellent long-term performance, outstanding durability & UV resistance in variable weather conditions, coastal & urban environments. It is resistant to alkalinity of concrete, saponification & urban pollution. Perfect adhesion, ease of application, permanent color retention and good freeze-thaw stability are common features of this paint, coupled with a pleasing visual aspect & an evenly spread satin finish. Super Tinol 313 Paint Low VOC, Series 31300, is intended for use on all new or previously painted exterior and interior walls and ceilings of concrete, masonry, stucco, fairfaced concrete, gypsum boards, non-chalking old paint, and properly primed or painted wood in buildings, concrete structures & facades, car parks, over & under passes, hospitals, hotels & campuses, public places, plants & confined areas etc...
